Location:  Remote (CT, DC, DE, GA, IL, KY, MA, MD, ME, NC, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI, SC, TN, VA, VT, WI, WV) Must be in one of those stats listed.
Length: 3+ month Assignment


Project: Client is currently undergoing a companywide Agile transformation. As part of this, they need to standardize their Knowledge Management processes across the IT organization. This candidate will need to speak with every LOB within IT to gather their current processes around Knowledge Management and then help come up with standard processes moving forward that all the LOBs in IT can use.

Skills:
Experienced Knowledge Management SME that has not only worked on specific projects but done Knowledge Management across multiple LOBs at once.
Must have experience working with all 3 of the following tools as it relates to Knowledge Management: Confluence, ServiceNow, and SharePoint
Experience working within an Agile environment so processes put in place can be best suited for that environment.
Experience evaluating and coming up with new / standard processes and procedures as it relates to Knowledge Management.
Great communications skills as you will be tasked with speaking to various LOBs along with high level Stakeholders.
