• 2-3 years prior experience in a training role assessing, developing, administering, and evaluating training deliverables and outcomes
• Ability to synthesize training needs from stakeholders and available data to formulate comprehensive training plans
• Experience developing and implementing content for digital user guides, eLearning courses, in-person/remote training, and video tutorials
• Experience delivering/facilitating in-person/remote-based knowledge transfers
• Experience using eLearning and video production software such as Articulate and Camtasia
• Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel while staying highly organized and adaptive to changing circumstances and deadlines
• Experience utilizing standard training methodologies such as ADDIE and SAM
• Customer oriented, with active listening skills and the ability to develop trusted partnerships across the Authority
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
• Basic functional use and knowledge of the following a plus: Articulate, Camtasia, Confluence, Graphic Design, PeopleSoft, Salesforce, and SharePoint.

Certifications and qualifications, including education/degree:
Required: Degree in technology, design, education, arts, or related
preferred. Instructional design certification or training desired

• Required Systems Experience:
• Articulate or related eLearning authoring software
• Camtasia or related video production software
• MS Office Suite (with a specific focus on PowerPoint given its Articulate add-in)
• Salesforce
• SharePoint (specifically with permissions management, advanced library and list functions, and metadata)
Ideal Systems Experience:
• Asana (training will be provided)
• Confluence (training will be provided)
• MS Teams (training will be provided)
• PeopleSoft/Oracle (training will be provided based on project need).
Tasks:
Candidate will be responsible for the following:
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop comprehensive needs analyses of project engagements
• Utilize needs analyses to determine best training approach to achieve desired outcomes within the timeframe available for project completion
• Develop and maintain comprehensive digital materials such as user guides and job aids for complex, multi-audience business processes, leveraging internal design and UX standards
• Create, test, and implement eLearning opportunities using Articulate and Camtasia
• Deliver remote training to internal and external stakeholders and develop supporting presentations and scripts
• Produce video tutorials using Camtasia, PowerPoint, and web-based video platforms such as MS Teams and WebEx
• Assist in the administration of Clients’ Learning Management System, Professional Development Calendar, and Course Library
• Assist in the daily task management of the Training Coordinator and training intern
• Provide project updates in weekly team status meetings, highlighting implementation risks and suggested resolutions.

Creativity in Project & Program Development:
In this role, creativity is a vital function both from a visual standpoint and in development of the end user experience. Candidate should have a design sensibility while being able to work in a structured environment where certain design and user-experience standards have already been established.
Organization Skills & Productivity:
Candidate will be managing multiple projects in parallel while utilizing several tools for project management. Organization is key to this role as it requires effective use of Asana, MS Teams, OneDrive, and Confluence as the primary management tools. Given the potential for audits of our projects, candidate would need to keep highly organized and detailed records of project requirements, timelines, deliverables, and outcomes.
Leadership / Interpersonal Relations / Judgement:
Minimal leadership expectations required. However, candidate will be a resource for our other training resources to ensure project efficacy and should have some exposure to coaching and leading projects.
Communication Skills & External Relations:
Candidate will be interacting with stakeholders all throughout client and should be comfortable working with diverse stakeholders with differing communication styles and expectations. This role is a highly communicative role so this skill is an absolute requirement.
