Referral Program

Indotronix's referral program is open to anyone. Referrals are not limited to current or former Indotronix employees.

Indotronix has established a referral program to help develop a culture of excellence within the company by encouraging the referral of qualified candidates for employment to our recruiting team. Individuals who refer qualified candidates to Indotronix will be eligible to receive a bonus payment, provided that the following conditions of the referral program are met:

  • The referred individual (i.e., the candidate) must come from the referrer's personal network (i.e., the candidate must be a friend, family member, classmate, colleague, etc.)
  • The candidate must not have previously worked for Indotronix or any Indotronix subsidiary as either an employee or a contractor
  • The candidate must not have submitted their resume directly to Indotronix, been referred to Indotronix, or been contacted by Indotronix for possible employment within a 12 month period prior to the current referral
  • At the time of referral, the referrer must submit the candidate’s resume to referral@iic.com
  • The candidate must accept employment status as either a direct employee of the company or as an independent contractor (i.e., candidates supplied through other companies are not considered as referrals)
  • The candidate must be accepted on a U.S.-based assignment by a client of the company.
  • The candidate must be placed on assignment by Indotronix within four months of submission of the referral. If the candidate cannot be placed within this time period, this referral bonus policy will not be applicable.
  • The referred candidate must complete a minimum term of satisfactory, billable service on assignment, as follows:
Candidate Status Minimum Service Term
U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident 350 hours
H1 Visa 800 hours

Once the eligible candidate completes the required minimum term of service, the referring individual shall receive a bonus payment equal to the amount of the candidate’s hourly compensation multiplied by 10 (e.g., If the candidate is compensated at $35/hour, the bonus payment will be $350).

Notes:

  • All referral bonuses are paid at the discretion of Indotronix’s management team. The referral bonus schedule may be changed at any time without notice.
  • Bonus payments are subject to taxation and will only be made to referrers with a US Tax ID/Social Security Number and a U.S. mailing address. Taxes will be withheld from referral bonus payments made to current Indotronix employees.
  • Non-employees will be limited to receiving 6 referral bonuses in any twelve-month period.
  • Indotronix shall have no other obligations after the payment of this one-time bonus amount.
  • The candidate must be placed on assignment by Indotronix within four months of submission of the referral. If the candidate cannot be placed within this time period, this referral bonus policy will not be applicable.
