Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Planning:
Develop comprehensive sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
Identify and explore potential markets for expansion.
Team Leadership:
Lead, manage, and guide the sales team towards meeting and exceeding targets.
Monitor and set individual sales goals for team members.
Customer Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Promptly address and resolve customer inquiries and issues.
Sales Process Oversight:
Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to closure.
Ensure compliance with sales policies and best practices.
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competition, and customer preferences.
Analyze market data to adapt and improve sales strategies.
Reporting and Analysis:
Generate regular sales reports, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
Analyze sales performance to make strategic adjustments.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
7-10 years of sales experience, particularly in real estate sales and management.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Proven track record of surpassing sales targets.
