Indotronix is seeking a Business Systems Analyst Senior in the Pittsburgh (PA), Phoenix (AZ), Dallas(TX), Birmingham (AL), and Cleveland (OH) locations

Position Title: Business Systems Analyst Senior

Position Location: Pittsburgh, PA

Provide locations/flexible work by preference: Phoenix (AZ), Dallas(TX) , Birmingham (AL), and Cleveland (OH)

Duration: Contract to hire

Position Profile:

Key responsibilities in order of which they will be doing day 1 and frequently followed by those they will be doing as the project/work progresses:

• Code for the rules in gen systems

• Understand additional skills mentioned .

• Gather requirements from business units and translate those to programmers and developers.

• Confer with clients regarding the nature of the information processing or computation needs.

• Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to aid in decisions on system implementation.

• Interview or survey workers, observe job performance or perform the job to determine what information is processed and how it is processed.

• Coordinate and link the computer systems within an organization to increase compatibility and so information can be shared.

• Consult with management to ensure agreement on system principles.

• Expand or modify system to serve new purposes or improve work flow.

Must have technical skills/experience (ask for alternative/tool/version) of the position in priority order:

• User story writing

• Process flow Diagrams

Is there anything you are willing to flex on if there is not a candidate under the current market conditions with all your must have skills?

• Experience with credit decisioning/decision management systems is preferred.

• Experience in decision engine systems like FICO DM/FICO Blaze, IBM rules engine or similar tools is a plus.
