Indotronix is seeking a Hybrid- Lead QA Analyst in Pittsburgh, PA and Client tech hubs

Position: Lead QA Analyst

Position Location: In Office - onsite 3 days a week, Pittsburgh preferred but can be located at any tech hub.

must be located at a tech Hubs. Satellites will be considered.

Primary - Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Birmingham, Dallas

Secondary - Philadelphia, Cincinnati, Kansas City

Ability to work remote: 2 days per week

Duration: Contract to hire

Candidate Technical and skills profile:

Key responsibilities in order of which they will be doing daily:

1. drive automation framework and automation metrics across the portfolio. drive proper Client change management process and change methodology across lending project releases. Drive to audit metric and resolve findings.

2. Daily basis – engage with team that are low in their automation metric. Educate and work with the team to resolve potential issues. Office hours for automation efficiencies and will be the lending automation expert. Become an expert in change management process and methodology. Ensure teams are driving to a successful release with proper change management process. Could be reviewing metrics and educating and working with teams, examining change requests for proper standers. Office hours will be set up and resource will be the lending change process expert

a. Tableau reporting and metrics examination

b. Creating JIRA dashboards and filters report on them

c. Identify gaps and deficiencies and act to approve

d. Stay connected with automation, tools, change and process centralized team to communicate updates to lending team as a whole

e. Create and review monthly reporting with CIO and senior leadership on the health of the portfolio, gaps and action items

Must have technical skills, tools, or experience:

Strong communication skills and ability to communicate with senior leadership

Demonstrated ability to write,, execute and maintain automate test scripts

Experience with Agile methodology

Experience with creating and/or executing automation frameworks

Experience with Selenium or similar automation tools experience

Experience with JIRA or similar

CI/CD Jenkins pipeline experience

Nice to have: JAVA, mainframe, banking domain knowledge

Degrees or certifications for the candidate to be successful?

Bachelors or equivalent experience - required

Interviews:

1:1 30min with Manager & 30 min with a Tech lead.
