Key Responsibilities:

  • Dive into the heart of our operations as you strip down valve assemblies, replace standard spares, and inspect individual parts to ensure flawless functionality.
  • Revel in the meticulous cleaning of components and the intricate process of building up valve assemblies, preparing them for rigorous testing on various flow rigs.
  • Showcase your expertise as you conduct hydrostatic testing of cylinders in strict accordance with Department of Transport requirements.
  • Assemble valve and cylinder components with precision and finesse, readying them for action.
  • Take charge as you charge complete assemblies to pressures of up to 4500 PSI, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Provide invaluable support to our safety inflatable team as needed, demonstrating your adaptability and readiness to tackle any challenge.

 

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Elevate your application with previous experience working with oxygen systems, charging cylinders, and overhauling oxygen components, setting you apart as an invaluable asset to our team.
  • Showcase your prowess with prior experience in an engineering/workshop environment, highlighting your readiness to hit the ground running.
  • Essential to your success is your ability to interpret and meticulously follow compliance manuals, ensuring precision and adherence to regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Fuel your success with numeracy and literacy skills, exemplified by a minimum of GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English.
  • Amplify your candidacy with training in the charging and overhaul of oxygen cylinders and oxygen, enhancing your readiness to excel in this role.
