The Advanced Communication Management Program (ACMP) 2024 by Indotronix Avani is a comprehensive 6 month training initiative designed to enhance business communication skills and overall productivity. Centered around the theme of Voice, Identity, and Purpose, the program aims to foster a global mindset among employees, aligning their values, commitments, and execution with the company’s vision.

Program Overview

ACMP 2024 is structured to improve participants’ business communication skills, aligning them with Indotronix Avani’s values of empowerment, commitment, and ownership. The program targets a 20% increase in productivity for recruiters, managers, and support teams through a rigorous training regimen focused on precision in communication and situational fluency.

Key Milestone: Graduation Ceremony

The inaugural batch began training in January 2024 and concluded in July 2024. From the initial large group, 9 participants successfully completed all modules and became ACMP Certified. The graduation ceremony, attended by our CEO, Sameer Penakalapati, was a significant event. Each graduate delivered a short speech, highlighting their growth and celebrating their achievements, adding a personal and festive touch to the culmination of their journey.

  • Minimum one year of service at Indotronix Avani.

The program spans six months and includes:

  • Intensive training and workshops for a cohort of 35 employees, covering 24 core competencies.
  • Weekly training sessions and coursework, requiring a commitment of 7 hours per week.
  • Practical application of learned skills through regular assignments and feedback mechanisms.
  • Managerial involvement to observe and evaluate progress.

Core Components

  1. Cognitive and Language Skills: Enhancing comprehension, critical thinking, and mastery of English language elements like prepositions, subject-verb agreement, and tenses.
  2. Personal and Managerial Effectiveness: Managing time, resources, and leading teams effectively.
  3. Communication Training: Basics of business communication, active listening, assertiveness, and digital communication etiquette.
  4. Presentation and Public Speaking: Improving skills for prepared and impromptu speaking, and effective storytelling.

ACMP
