Allen has over 20 years of experience in Talent Acquisition leadership roles where his responsibilities have included managing both internal and external teams involved in securing new talent for the organization. In his current role, Allen manages a global team that provides subject matter expertise and process optimization of RPO, MSP and Search Firm vendors globally for Danaher Corporation (a global science & technology innovator in the biotechnology, diagnostics and life sciences industries).
Allen was recognized as a DE&I Influencer (2023, 2022 & 2021) and as a Contingent Workforce Program Game Changer (2024, 2021 & 2020). He currently serves on the Advisory Boards for the ProcureCon Contingent Staffing conference & TADAH and is also an active member of several contingent workforce industry professional networking groups.
