Job Summary:
Support the business in building a renewal operations infrastructure reporting into the VP of Sales Operations - from analysis through implementation to support. Works as part of extended Renewal ops team to deep dive into Renewal processes, brings new ideas to optimise and bring efficiency and drives stakeholders to hit deadlines.
About the role
• Run and improve weekly forecast process from call format to reporting to standardization and best practice sharing
• Prepare weekly renewal insights and support Monthly / Quarterly Business Reviews
• Drive weekly Loss / reasons reporting and provide insights based on loss learnings • Gather inputs from key Sales, Renewal and Operations stakeholders on KPIs and Dashboard design • Run end user training within Arcserve for using Analytics suite • Onboard and ramp up team of renewal analyst and graduates on Arcserve systems / processes; get them up to speed to start running renewal reports and dashboard independently • Work closely with Renewal Team and align on key incentives for partners that will feed into governance and accountability framework for partners • Design Governance framework for internal resources such as PAMs, CAMs, TAMs etc to gauge their renewal performance and gain insights why we are winning or losing renewals as well build dashboard / reports behind to measure on regular basis • Support Operations leadership in owning GTM planning process that includes Org structure, headcount investment, coverage model, quota setting • Take on Transformational / Ad hoc projects from time to time; as directed by Operations leadership

PREFERRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE: • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Renewal Ops, Analytics or similar role • BA/BS Qualification , MBA preferred • Good at building Salesforce dashboards / reports, strong MS office, Excel and Power point skills • Adept at learning new tools / systems where needed • Excellent communication skills to interact with Global teams within Arcserve • Ability to adapt to ambiguity and to dynamic work environment • One must be honest and prioritizing the team work
