Job Summary:
Lead and manage all aspects of global end-to-end business automation and programs of our renewal business reporting into the VP of Sales Operations - from analysis through implementation such as standardization of renewal reporting and support. Works as part of extended Renewal ops team to deep dive into Renewal processes, brings new ideas to optimise and bring efficiency and drives stakeholders to hit deadlines.
About the role • Works with VP Renewals Sales and Renewal Ops Leader in driving the Renewal automation agenda. • Embrace Agile Methodology and work efficiently with ambiguity. • Identify opportunities for improvement and leverage subject matter expertise, knowledge, trends and experience. • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring collaboration, professionalism and cooperation against scope, timelines and budget. • You will get exposure to cutting tools & technology on business process automation and workflow management. • You will stay on top of current business and industry trends and explore next generation technologies such as machine learning, cognitive computing, intelligent system and apply them in solving day to day business problems. • Execute the Process and Technical aspects of the project and produce solutions for the implementation of automations being responsible for the development of the solutions, while supporting the testing activities, and production deployment • Work closely with business partners to understand, identify and support automation opportunities by leading the design of the automated solution and building out the technical components. • Identify downstream applications that will be incorporated into the solution and design the method that the applications will interact with the software. • Collaborate with Renewals Ops Senior Manager and VP Renewal Sales to create designs for performance and production readiness, including user acceptance testing, understanding of operational risks and contingencies, identifying and addressing IT concerns and challenges.

• Work closely with the project team, business and technology partners to ensure that your functional and technical design will meet the requirements of the business and comply with internal IT standards and guideline. PREFERRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE: • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience from a premier institute with computer science background • Process Automation experience, expert at coding languages • 4+ plus years of Process Improvements & Automation Experience with sales experience • Strong business acumen. • Proven record of providing top-class customer service • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with a wide range of personalities. • Strong organizational and project management skills • Process execution, analysis, and modification experience • Attention to detail and accuracy. • Strong written communication skills • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills • Ability to interact with all levels within an organization and to manage multiple priorities in an energetic, fast-paced environment with established goals and performance metrics. • Thirst for knowledge and desire to grow within the organization. • Strong work ethic • Desire and ability to work cohesively and collaboratively with a team of global professionals. • Able to adjust to time zones when needed to communicate with stakeholders in US / EMEA / APAC.
