Job Description	Any Graduate/Post-graduate (preferred HR/Business domain) Good in communication and soft skills like time management. Responsible for end-to-end Recruitment. (Sourcing to onboarding) Sound knowledge of Oracle, SAP, Microsoft, Salesforce, Siebel & other business technologies. Understand the IT requirement - Job description (JD), IT skills, roles & responsibilities. Sourcing and screening relevant profiles from various channels (Naukri, LinkedIn & Vendor). Good experience using search engine tools like Boolean. Advertise job openings on social media, job boards, and internally. Coordinate with the candidate for the interview process, documentation, releasing the offer letter to selected candidates, and joining formalities. Periodic follow-up with the candidate. Maintain internal databank.
