JOB DESCRIPTION
Internal position
Position: International Technical Customer Support
Division: IT
Department: IT
Reports to: Project Manager
Direct Reports:
I. POSITION OBJECTIVES
Level 1 & 2 desktop support
II. Job duties and responsibilities
• Basic knowledge of software and hardware.
• Knowledge on hardware and software servers
• Good knowledge of Google Apps.
• Good written & verbal communication skill
• Maintain IT related documentation such as asset allocation documents, software
checklists, record problems in resolution sheets, etc.
• Knowledge in handling incidents, Prioritizing, and routing.
• Basic software and hardware troubleshooting skills
• Monitor the event alerts and logs.
• Monitoring the IT Infrastructure
• Knowledge on service desk tools
• Respond to incidents raised by customer within SLA
• Creating Users and Email accounts.
• Troubleshoot Office suite / Google suite related issues.
• Work timings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
III. QUALIFICATION
1. STUDIES: BCA / BSc- Comp Sc/ Any Graduation with Computer Science
2. TRAINING COURSES:
3. EXPERIENCE: 0-1 years
4. KNOWLEDGE: Windows and Linux servers’ management
5. ABILITIES AND SKILS:
• Networking
• Windows Operating Systems
• Basic Knowledge of windows servers
• Hands on experience on network troubleshooting and Google Apps
• Understanding of client requirements
• Client interaction experience will be preferred
• Exposure to Linux an added advantage
• Good in communication - verbal and written
