POSITION OBJECTIVES
Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Web Developer with expertise in ReactJS and UI/UX design to join our
dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing responsive, scalable
web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive UI/UX designs,
conduct user research, and translate wireframes and prototypes into pixel-perfect interfaces. Your
work will ensure high performance and maintain code quality through unit testing. Staying updated
with industry trends and emerging technologies will be crucial to your success.
Job duties and responsibilities
1. Web Development:
• Design and develop responsive, scalable web applications using ReactJS.
• Implement clean, reusable components to ensure performance optimization.
• Integrate RESTful APIs to enhance application functionality.
2. UI/UX Design:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and
translate them into intuitive UI/UX designs.
• Conduct user research to gather insights and create user personas.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Adobe
XD, Figma, and Sketch.
• Ensure designs are user-centric, accessible, and adhere to design systems and
standards.
3. Code Quality and Maintenance:
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Perform unit testing to ensure code quality and functionality.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality.
4. Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver
high-quality products.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment and clarity on
project goals and timelines.

5. Continuous Learning and Improvement:
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies in front-end
development and UI/UX design.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve skills and knowledge through training,
workshops, and conferences.
6. Problem Solving:
• Identify and troubleshoot issues in web applications.
• Provide innovative solutions to enhance user experience and application
performance.
7. Documentation:
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of code, design processes, and user research
findings.
• Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant
stakeholders.
Qualifications:
• Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience:
2 to 3 years of professional experience in web development and UI/UX design.
• Technical Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS, Redux, and JavaScript/ES6.
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
Experience with UI/UX design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, and Sketch.
Good understanding of design systems and accessibility standards.
Experience with RESTful APIs integration and version control systems (e.g., Git).

Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Strong attention to detail and a user-centric design approach.
• Soft Skills:
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
