Indotronix is seeking a Hybrid Job - Integrated Planning and scheduling analyst 4 for a Job Opportunity in Berkeley,Missouri.
Job Description :
Currently has two openings for Integrated Planning and scheduling analysts to provide program scheduling support directly to program teams including IP&S, Finance, and CAMs to address EVM process and data issues associated with active DCMA CARs/CAPs leading to closure.
This role will work on-site and virtually at the direction of program / site IP&S leadership to expedite issue resolution
This position will require domestic travel to ClientS program locations when necessary to coordinate activity.
Position Responsibilities:
• Develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains plans and schedules for very complex projects, programs, and change-driven activities.
• Perform analysis and planning activities to support product development, process improvement, or program initiatives.
• Facilitate, and ensures integration of project/program plans and schedules, horizontally and vertically, across company functional, product groups, suppliers, and partners.
• Provides training, coaching, mentoring, and leadership to technical teams and lower-level employees.
• Provides subject matter expertise in the development, implementation of EVM compliant program plans and schedules.
• Offer testing process observations and insights to Program and PM Home Office staff.

Required Skill Set :
• Experience utilizing the Deltek Open Plan Professional (OPP) Integrated Scheduling tool, and Microsoft EXCEL.
• Knowledge of DoD EVM DFAR reporting requirements
• Knowledge of Integrated Scheduling CPM practice
• Knowledge of Program, or Project Management practices
• Experience as a Lead Program Schedule Integrator on a large development program with DFAR/IPMR/IPMDAR requirements
• 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of DoD EVM DFAR reporting requirements
• Knowledge of Integrated Scheduling CPM practice
• Knowledge of Program, or Project Management practices
• Experience as a Lead Program Schedule Integrator on a large development program with DFAR/IPMR/IPMDAR requirements
• 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Education Qualification :
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
