Role is for a Leasing admin and Finance and Budget admin.
Location: Onsite Hybrid 2 days a week in West Nyack, NY
Most important is leasing portion, understand leasing MLA, routing process in Fuze, requires to read contracts and apply contracts, understanding how much that contract is worth, deal memo, whats rent, taking total value of that contract and route it to higher up leaders.
Assist the Real Estate Project Managers with tasks including:
• Real Estate document processing/administration
• Review vendor invoicing.
• Create purchase orders.
• Program Reporting - create/maintain/manipulate customized reporting/dashboards within company data base.
• Monitor and maintain integrity of forecast dates for project completion.
• Follow up with teams on deliverables.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and the ability to perform various functions within the application such as V-Lookup, and Pivot tables.
• Experience in the Wireless Telecom industry.
• NY Notary
High School Diploma
Shift: Standard 9-5, M-F. Hybrid.
