Days / Nights - 3*12’s, 36 hours a week.
Pay Package:
- Hourly rate - $32
- OT rate - $48/hr.
- Weekly Gross - $1152
- Days & Nights both shifts available
- 3*12’s and 36 hours a week
- Start Date: ASAP
- 104 weeks contract
Requirements:
- Minimum one year of LTC experience.
- AZ CNA Certification required.
- BLS.
- AZ Fingerprint Card.
