Field Service Tech IV
Indotronix is seeking a Onsite Job - Field Service Tech IV for a Job Opportunity in HI-Honolulu.

Job Description :
Installs, operates, maintains, repairs and modifies equipment. Performs a variety of maintenance and technical support on products such as equipment, integrated systems and subsystems, and software at customer and/or field locations.
Analyzes and evaluates products and related performance.
Troubleshoots and diagnoses malfunctions to eliminate problem in minimum time.
Installs, upgrades and removes products ensuring coordinative engineering field change.
Maintains effective customer communications and relations.
May provide onsite training of customer support personnel.
Customer interaction will include face to face and over the phone.
 
Required Skill Set :
Customer Service Experience, MS Win10 & Win 11, MS Office 365 applications, MS Teams, working knowledge of Cisco VoIP phones.

Desired Skills Set :
2-3 years technical experience, 3-4 years customer service experience,
 
Education Qualification :
High School Diploma and 3 to 4 years work experience or equivalent experience
