Duration: Contract
Max Pay: $30/hr to $33.75/hr on W2

Job Description :

This is an on-site role. Potential for assignment extension and/or conversion to full time employment.

What is the primary mission of this role

Extensive calendar management for Vice President of SIM and scheduling with Leadership Team

Main functions of this role

Calendar management, handling internal and external communications, events and meeting coordination (set up Zoom, ** rooms, venues). Prepare meeting agenda, expense reports completion, general administrative duties.

Required Skill Set :

MS Office Suite – Intermediate to Advanced Skills, Zoom and Teams working knowledge, SharePoint platform, note taking

Desired Skills Set :

Flexibility, project and change management, organized, professional, courteous, great internal and external communication skills

Education Qualification :
HS Diploma plus some college
