- Hourly rate - $46.5
- OT rate - $69.75 /hr.
- Weekly Gross - $1674
- Nights- 3*12’s and 36 hours a week
- Start Date: ASAP
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of LTC experience required.
- AZ LPN or Multistate LPN license required.
- BLS required.
- AZ Fingerprint card required.
