Indotronix is seeking a Remote Job - Administrative & Interview Scheduler Level 2 for a Job Opportunity in
Job Description :
This role provides interview scheduling support for the ES Talent Acquisition team.
Position will use our applicant tracking system to review requisitions, send (via email and phone call) candidate information and contact Interview Team members.
This role will use MS Outlook to schedule phone, MS Teams and onsite interviews with candidates and interview teams.
This person will also be responsible for coordinating candidate travel with our travel agency.
This role will be responsible for providing excellent customer service both internally and externally. Performs other duties and responsibilities as required.
Required Skill Set :
6+ months of administrative work experience, preference for candidates with Recruitment Support experience. -
Experience using MS Outlook, specifically calendar management -
Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (preference for candidates that have used Kenexa)
Great Customer Service Skills
-Strong attention to detail
-Experience using MS Excel
-Comfortable with technology and quickly learns new tools
6+ months of administrative experience
Desired Skills Set :
6+ months of Recruiting Support experience
Education Qualification :
Education typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor)
Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
