Job Description:
- Assist in tracking the execution of features across teams Facilitate scaling meetings (scrum of scrum, product owner sync, overall retrospectives, solution demo’s)
- Help manage risks and dependencies, escalate and track impediments Encourage collaboration between teams.
- Providing continuity of engineering development plans, metrics and deliveries across multiple cross functional product teams.
- Facilitating the advancement of agile principles and values, and embodies an Agile mindset.
- Have 1 or more Agile Leadership roles.
- Experience with Model Based System Engineering, Requirements Management and the Software Development Lifecycle is required.
- At least 8 - 10 years experience in such a role or related experience
- Experience developing, testing and deploying embedded systems
- Experience with the DoD acquisition lifecycle.
