As a Technical Solution Architect, you'll be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of technical solutions that meet business needs while adhering to all policies and standards. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, architect solutions, and ensure successful delivery. Required Job Duties:

• Design end-to-end technical solutions that address business requirements and align with architecture principles and standards. Develop solution architectures, technical specifications, and system designs.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams throughout the solution development lifecycle. Collaborate with architects, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with architectural best practices.
• Work closely with user experience, business analysts, and business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Translate business requirements into technical solutions, considering factors such as scalability, performance, security, and usability.
• Evaluate new and emerging technologies to determine their suitability for inclusion in a technical solutions catalog. Conduct proof-of-concept evaluations and provide recommendations for technology adoption.
• Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them. Ensure that solutions adhere to security, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels to communicate technical solutions, gather feedback, and address concerns. Present technical proposals and recommendations to executive leadership and other key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure that technical solutions are implemented according to design specifications. Provide technical oversight and support during the implementation phase.
• Drive continuous improvement in solution architecture processes and practices. Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance solution quality.

 Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in solution architecture, software development, or a related technical role.

Strong technical background with expertise in multiple technology domains, such as cloud computing, microservices architecture, databases, and integration technologies.

Experience with software development methodologies and practices, such as Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly understand and address technical challenges.

Knowledge of security, compliance, and regulatory requirements relevant to technical solution design.

Experience working in cross-functional teams and leading technical discussions and decision-making processes.
