• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. At least 4 years work experience in the development and implementation phases of a ServiceNow Core application.
• A minimum of 4 years’ experience with ServiceNow app development Familiarity with Scrum, SaFe and Agile methodologies.
• Able to transform business requirements into standardized processes while following ServiceNow’s Best Practices.
• Knowledge of web-based protocols and standards Experience with web technologies that ServiceNow uses. At least an ITILv3 Foundations Certification and a thorough understanding of itil processes
• Good understanding of service-oriented architecture, software application architecture, and the ability to consult with customers about these topics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in ServiceNow scripting and APIs.

• Experience in developing solutions within the Service Portal and applying User Interface concepts.
• Fundamental knowledge of networking/network protocols
• Experience working in FedRamp environments and associated security features ServiceNow Certification of Implementation Specialist A Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 4-6 years work experience in the development and implementation phases of a ServiceNow Core application.
