Our dedicated Veteran Hiring Program has been designed to honor and support those who have served our country. Our mission is to provide Veterans with meaningful career opportunities that utilize their unique skills and experiences. We have designed a program with two main elements to ensure its success:
- Veteran Jobs: Veterans can easily submit their resumes through our Veterans Program page. Resumes submitted through this channel are fast-tracked and immediately reviewed by our Account Managers for relevant job openings.
- Dedicated resources: Our team includes members who are part of the veteran families themselves and oversee our Veterans Affairs initiative.
Veterans in our Workforce:
Since 2018, we have been tracking the number of Veterans in our consultant base. In the US, Veterans make up approximately 12% of our consultants, surpassing the national average of 7% in the US civilian workforce in 2023 (Source: Bureau of Labor Statistics).
