Shifts: 1st shift 7:00 am-4:00 pm in respective time zone

Job Description :
Performs system integration, hardware and software installation, configuration and disposition of servers and workstations to support the architecture.
Provides problem resolution and technical support for delivery systems.
Provides support for the design, validation and configuration management of computing delivery systems.
Administers users system access and works to protect information to meet security requirements.
Monitors system performance to support capacity planning, backup and disaster recovery planning.
Describe the project/day-to-day activities they will be working on:
• Perform system administrator activities for Safety People Network (Salesforce) including, but not limited to:
o Managing user accounts setups, deactivations, and access privileges
o Conduct regular user and data audits
o Preparing reports and dashboards for users to gene*** meaningful metrics
o Download and install third party applications
o Conduct data loads and validate data deployments
o Help conduct training of new users
• Coordinate with other Salesforce admins on related issues
• Conduct pre-deployment tasks (such as user acceptance testing) prior to software releases for both Safety People Network and Boeing Safety Intelligence (BSI)
• Work with the development team to troubleshoot deployment errors

Education Qualification :
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience, 9 years' related work experience, etc.).
