Position comments:
Shifts: 1st 7:30am - 4:00 pm pst
Onsite/remote/hybrid: Can be fully virtual, MUST LIVE in a PST timezone.
Team has a work location in the renton area if they are interested in working in an office!
They would need to go to a Boeing site to pick up equipment

Job Description :
As an Hourly Workforce Specialist, you will assist in the development and maintenance of global integ***d workforce systems and processes.
You will interface and educate business partners on Hourly Union Workforce products and services, provide internal consulting services on Hourly Union Workforce related processes. In addition you will consult and advise management on current company policy/procedures and Collective Bargaining Agreement impacts to filling open contractual requirements, employee movement, temporary promotions, employee policies and provide recommendations and assistance to ensure compliance.
Interfaces with customers and suppliers on workforce products and services.
Deploys Workforce products and services to support customer requirements.
Participates in the development and administration of tools and process to support Workforce strategies and planning.
Supports the customer with the interpretation and application of Collective Bargaining Agreement inquiries regarding Workforce related topics.
Provides advice and counsel to multiple customer groups regarding Workforce policies and processes.
Educates Human Resource Generalists on Workforce process and services to enable them to partner with customers.
Interprets, analyzes and provides applicable internal data (e.g., demographics, attrition) and metrics to identify potential issues that could impact the business and to support skills management.
Represents Workforce on company teams to ensure policies and procedures are followed.
Leads cross functional regional teams to support customer requests or customer engagement.
Develops, maintains, and administers global integrated workforce strategy, systems and processes.
Interfaces and educates customers and suppliers on workforce products and services.
Provides internal consulting services on workforce planning, staffing products and regulatory matters to customers.
Proactively identifies potential issues that could impact the business and/or skill teams across the Enterprise providing solutions and recommendations by interpreting, analyzing and integrating applicable internal, external data, and metrics.
Coordinates workforce approvals, deviations or changes.
 
Required Skill Set :
1. Experience in human resources/ recruiting supporting a union represented payroll
2. Understanding of contracts – collective bargaining agreements for employees
Plus = + prior boeing exp
Plus = + prior exp representing a union represented workforce
 
Education Qualification :
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
