Job Description :
- We are currently looking for a self-motivated individual looking for an opportunity to join our team as a Retail Sales Specialist.
- Our ideal Retail Sales Specialist is a motivated, outgoing, focused individual who possesses excellent listening and communication skills and can deliver excellent customer service. We are looking for an individual with a strong desire to succeed.
Retail Sales Specialist Duties & Responsibilities:
- Open/close store.
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
- Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
- Respond to emails and communication from customers and stakeholders.
- Process POS (point of sale) purchases.
- Handle returns of merchandise.
- Processes freight and inter-store transfers for markdowns.
- Maintains organized stock room and store inventory preparation.
- Prepares and processes store orders for customers.

- High School diploma/GED) and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. vocational school/Associate).
