Tier 1 Help Desk Support
Job Title: Tier 1 Help Desk - Remote
Duration: 6 months contract
Payrate: 22/hr on W2 

Can be remote, but must be in the Dallas Fortworth, TX  area.

1st shift job 6AM-3PM CT

Description:
Summary:  Tier 1 IT Support temp resource that can troubleshoot issues with Windows 10 Enterprise, Office 365 software, remapping and connecting network drives, printers, etc. for migration project.  
They will be provided with scripts, how-to guides, and issue/resolution documents to refer to when troubleshooting an end user’s re-imaged laptop.  
They will also be able to escalate an issue to a Tier 2 IT resource if they cannot solve the issue.  Preferable that the resources go to the Fort Worth office.  
Possibly can be remote if they are able to go to Fort Worth office and get provisioned a laptop with setup to answer Service Desk calls.
 
Minimum Requirements:
•    Desktop support/customer service experience
•    Windows 10/Office 365 experience
•    Experience with mapping/remapping network drives
•    Ability to install software
•    Ticketing system knowledge 
•    US Citizen: Background check required
 
Preferred Requirements:
•    ServiceNow ticketing system experience
•    Ability to install software
•    BitLocker experience
•    Multi-factor Authentication experience
•    Mobile device management experience
