With a 25+ year tenure with Indotronix, Venkat oversees the day-to-day operations of all Indotronix Avani Group staffing divisions through the US, Europe, the Middle East, and India.
Michael Allen
Chief Operating Officer
Michael oversees Operations, client relationships and our European expansion. A senior leader in the recruitment industry, his early career began at one of the fastest growing global recruitment firms, where he helped expand operations. In the last 15 years, he founded 2 technology staffing firms. Michael is a regular contributor to articles in the talent acquisition space and is passionate about Sustainability and Engagement with ex-Service Personnel and Reservists.

Permanent/Direct-to-Hire
At Indotronix Avani UK, our permanent talent team, work with our clients to support their hiring of employees on a long-term strategic basis and contribute to the organisation’s success and growth.
Contract/Project Teams
We offer hiring of individuals on a temporary or fixed-term basis to work on specific projects or to cover short-term staffing needs. We will work with our clients to support their Status Determination Statement (SDS) to ensure that the correct model of engagement (Inside IR35, or Outside IR35) is agreed. If Outside IR35, we will work with our clients to draw up a Statement of Work (SoW)
