How long will it take me to get a job once I start with Indotronix?
It could take as little as 2 weeks and as long as a month. My first job placement happened in about a month. However, after that temp job ended, it only took Indotronix 4 days to find me another job doing the same type of work, just with a different company. Once I was there, it took about 3 months until I was hired full time by Indotronix’s client.

Why is Indotronix the best staffing agency to use?
It isn’t...well, at least not for everyone. If you are looking for jobs in government agencies, aerospace & defense, life sciences, and telecom and IT, then Indotronix is the agency for you. However, if you’re looking for work in medical, higher education, or hospitality related fields, then you should probably try something else. I thought I wanted to go into education after graduation, and Indotronix wasn’t finding anything I was truly interested in. I used another agency and worked in higher-ed for 3 years. After that experience, I knew I needed to be elsewhere, and thought I’d try my hand at a Fortune 500 tech company. Indotronix found me a job in a little under 2 weeks. I haven’t looked back since.

I’m confused; am I going to work for Indotronix or their customer? It says the job is at their customer, yet my interviews are with Indotronix. Why?
Indotronix has many different staffing models with various clients, so the answer depends on the specific client. Sometimes Indotronix hires directly for clients; this means you go into their customer's payroll your very first day. Some clients only do temp to hire staffing, so you start off as an Indotronix employee and maybe move to their customer's payroll/get hired full time after a few months. Other times still, you will just be an Indotronix employee for a year and, once you complete the job for their customer that they hired you to do, Indotronix recruiters begin the process again to place you with a new client.

Yes! While our focus is on technical roles across various industries, what’s even more important is the fact that we have long-standing relationships with our clients. There is always the possibility they will contact us about finding creatives, and when/if that happens, we’ll want to have your information on hand! Plus, once we have your employment history and information, we may have other jobs that suit your skill sets that you haven’t even considered yet.
